Following its successful debut last year, it invites visitors once again from 27 to 31 October 2026 to discover exclusive brands, inspiring interior design ideas and the latest trends. Experience contemporary design culture at special venues across the city: from Design Post Köln to WallStudio Cologne (new for 2026) and machwerkhaus köln, right through to selected creative spaces, independent showrooms and partner stores.

All idd cologne venues are open to trade and private visitors free of charge and without the need for a ticket during the event

Two events, one interior design week

New for 2026: idd cologne will take place alongside ORGATEC, combining residential interior design, workspace and contract solutions into a single Interior Week. This creates a diverse range of inspiration and themes centred on private living spaces, modern working environments and professionally designed spaces. ORGATEC is aimed exclusively at trade visitors and requires a separate ticket.

With its ‘urban-only’ approach, idd cologne is once again bringing creativity and premium interior design straight to the city. This year’s key exhibition venues include Design Post Köln, WallStudio Cologne and machwerkhaus köln. Independent showrooms, retail partners and selected creative venues round off the programme.
